- Workshop facilitation in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Ruby for 100s of black non-binary people, girls, and women.

- Created paid tuition and internship opportunities with partner org, 8th Light.

Bocoup
Web Platform Program Lead
- Created the five year strategy for the Web Platform Bocoup at Bocoup with a focus on privacy, accessibility and interoperability.
- Facilitating the standards specification contributions and writing by Bocoup engineers for AT-Driver and WebDriver BiDi.
- Successfully acquired buy-in for the AT-Driver specification proposal within the W3C Browser Testing and Tools Working Group, resulting in its addition to the charter in 2024.
- Stakeholder management for the ARIA, Browser Compact Data and WebDriver BiDi projects.
- Active participation in standards and professional groups including the ARIA Community Group (W3C), Interop Group (independent), the Browser Testing and Tools Working Group (W3C).

- Workshop facilitation and speaking at: TechKnow Day 2021 - Global Privacy Control
- Created a web platform curriculum for Kobo University.
- Technical writing and educational content on WebRTC, Heroku Pipeline and CI, Rate Limiting in Heroku Platform API, etc
- Founded blackgirl.tech (2014-2019), a non-profit focussed on upskilling Black girls, women and non-binary people to become software engineers.

- Represented Samsung in the W3C Privacy Community Group; giving feedback and questioning new privacy proposals; influencing the privacy considerations of the Samsung Internet browser based on standards.
- Representing Samsung in the Open Web Docs Steering Committee.
- Created educational series on online tracking for developers and lay-people; including topics such as Cookies, First-party vs Third-party, Moving on from Third-party Cookies, Topics API, and video content on potential privacy standards.
- Published tutorials & explainers on platforms such as MDN (Building an Internet-Connected Phone with PeerJS) and the Samsung Internet Blog (Responsive Design: Dark Mode)
